How can I donate a bike or parts?

We gladly accept bicycles in good condition, as well as monetary donations. Checks can be made out to Albany Bike Rescue. Please bring all donations to ABR directly, so we can thank you for your contribution. You can also donate online,  or mail a check to PO Box 24, Delmar, NY 12054.

When can I drop off a donation?

Donations can be dropped off Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm at the Trinity Alliance, 518-449-5155. We are located in the Trinity Alliance building at 15 Trinity Place Albany, NY, 12202

Can you pick up a bike donation?

If possible, we prefer donors to bring bicycles to ABR. We do occasionally pick up bicycles, especially if the donor has no way to transport them, or there are multiple bicycles. Please email us if you need to arrange a pick-up.

Do you have bikes for sale?

Of course! Stop by our shop on Tuesday and Thursday nights to see the latest bikes, or send us an email so we can check our inventory for a match to your specific needs. Some of our higher end models can be found on Craigslist. 

How can I volunteer?

If you are interested in volunteering, you can fill out our Membership Application and Waiver and bring it by the shop any Tuesday or Thursday night, 6-8 PM. Applications are also available on site, and we will be happy to discuss our full range of volunteer needs, from mechanics to community events organizers and social media managers!
